DESCRIPTION:Historian Joel Farkas will speak on George Washington and the Revolution in New Jersey at our annual meeting on February 9, 7:00 PM, at the Kemmerer Library.  The lecture celebrates the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence. Farkas was a docent at Washington’s Headquarters and received the National Park Service Centennial Volunteer Challenge Award.  His lectures focus on the American Revolution. The library is located at 19 Blue Mill Road, New Vernon, NJ.  \n
