Maple Sugaring Through History

This outdoors walk takes participants back in time, with maple sugaring’s Native American origins, through the change in process that occurred in colonial times, into the Civil War era, all the way to the modern sugar farm! We’ll also visit the maple trees, collect sap, learn how it’s cooked down into syrup and taste test the syrup at the end!
